Not sure how that went for them, but they immediately lost the rights to selling Star Trek games (but I think you could ask for replacement discs by ~2008). In 2003, after Elite Force II was released, Activision allegedly sued Paramount for poor handling of the franchise, which could have affected sales - this did make sense, since all Paramount did at the time was Nemesis (ugh) and Enterprise, so Star Trek dipped in the eyes of the public. Bridge Commander and Elite Force II sold the worst, not because of quality, but because they were made at the end of Activision's hold of the license. Contained in this package is the contents of the original disk, plus a custom installer that I threw together. The plot tells the story of a driver who arrives in a new region in his truck to try his luck. It is worth noting that in the English-language release, the names of the settlements were changed, and the police cars/helicopters were repainted from white & blue to white & black, while the lore of the game itself remained the same. The action takes place in a fictional region of Russia (partially inspired by Altai), with a varied terrain from the middle lane to snowy passes and desert. Virtual World Inventor is used as the game engine.
